Combined portfolio strengthens international position in automated and mechanical parking systems
Swiss-Park becomes part of Lödige Industries
Paderborn / Ravensburg, 01.10.2026 (PresseBox) - Swiss-Park becomes part of Lödige Industries. By joining forces, the companies will offer customers an even broader range of space-efficient parking solutions and modern mobility infrastructure. Swiss-Park will continue to operate as an independent brand under the name "Swiss-Park ? a Lödige Industries company". The transaction was completed on 1 October 2026.
Swiss-Park is an established provider of fully and semi-automated parking systems, mechanical parking systems, car lifts and vehicle turntables, with many years of project experience in Europe and beyond. Within the Lödige Industries group, Swiss-Park will serve as the Centre of Excellence for mechanical parking solutions, contributing its extensive experience to the further development of joint technologies.
By combining complementary technologies, long-standing engineering expertise and international project experience, the companies create a comprehensive portfolio of car lifts, mechanical parking systems and fully automated parking systems.
As cities continue to grow, space becomes increasingly scarce and requirements for mobility and sustainability rise, intelligent parking solutions are gaining importance worldwide. Property developers, cities, mobility providers and operators will benefit from an expanded portfolio and additional technical expertise covering a wide range of requirements and applications.
"With Swiss-Park, we are gaining a company that complements our technological direction and commitment to quality exceptionally well. Together, we will be even better positioned to support customers across the entire value chain and further strengthen our market position in the DACH region, across Europe and internationally," says Philippe De Backer, CEO of Lödige Industries.
"Market analyses forecast continued strong growth in the global automated parking systems market over the coming years. By combining our expertise, we are creating the foundation to grow faster than the market and further strengthen our international position," adds Dr Tobias Wennekamp, Chief Product Officer of Lödige Industries.
"With Lödige Industries, we have found the right partner for the future. We share high technical standards, a strong engineering culture and a consistent focus on customer value. Our customers will benefit from a broader portfolio and an international presence. I look forward to supporting this next chapter in an advisory role," says Hans-Dieter Frick, Founder and Managing Director of Swiss-Park.
Swiss-Park will continue to maintain its own presence in the market. Existing customer relationships, ongoing projects and business activities will continue unchanged. All employees will remain with the company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
